Pre-registration is now closed. However you may still register onsite at the Washington Hilton. Visit the registration desk the night before the conference on Tuesday, November 12th from 4-6pm or the first day of the conference, Wednesday, November 13th from 8-9am to register. The Registration fee is $284 (U.S. Dollars) for each Summit Registrant. Students and Post-Doctoral Fellows are offered a discounted rate of $150 (U.S. Dollars). The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, presentations, exhibits, meeting materials, working lunches, and an evening networking session. Additional refreshments and breaks are also included. NSF and other Federal Employees must register onsite as well, but will be charged $40 per day to cover the cost of meals. If you do not plan to partake in meals, there is no cost for Federal Employees. A block of rooms have been reserved at the Washington Hilton for Gender Summit 3 - North America attendees. Rooms will be available at the discounted group rate until Monday, November, 4th 2013 or until the block is filled.
