Head of the Gender Monitoring Office

Currently I am the head of the Gender Monitoring Office, a government institution entrusted to contribute to ensure accountability of public, private institutions in implementing Gender Equality in Rwanda. Before Joining the Government of Rwanda since May 2013, I have worked for more than 15 years with the UN in several countries in Africa and the United States of America. I have also extensive working experience with Research institutions, and NGO.  The main focus of my work has been to promote Gender equality, Women’s Rights in development with specific focus on Governance, Peace and security and Violence against Women
