For ease of use and to minimise form entry, we are now using a passwordless login system. Upon presentation of an email address associated with a valid account, you will receive an email with a unique access link.

1. USER SEARCH VISIBILITY

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 2024 (and later) LOGIN

This information applies to both returning paricipants and newly registered participants.

Please note that the first time you login, you will see a large white button asking you to “update your profile”.

Please click on this button and select your preference for “User Search Visibility”. Your setting will be remembered, you only need to do this once.

If you wish to change your setting in the future, you can do so via the profile menu on the Meetyoo platform (button on bottom right of the Meetyoo display).

2. RETURNING PARTICIPANTS

Starting from Gender Summit GS23 (June 2023), we have migrated to a re-usable login system to ease the process for attendees to register to attend future events. If you have previously registered for an event before GS23 (June 2023), then your data has not been migrated to the new system and you will need to re-register. If you need to re-register, please do so here.
