Shohini Ghose
Professor, Physics & Computer Science and Director, Centre for Women in Science
Shohini Ghose is a Professor of Physics and Computer Science and Director of the Centre for Women in Science at Wilfrid Laurier University. Her research focus is in quantum computing. She is the Vice-President Elect of the Canadian Association of Physicists, and serves on the Working Group on Women in Physics of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics. She is an affiliate of the Perimeter Institute, a Fellow of the Balsillie School of International Affairs, and a TED Fellow. In 2017 she was named to the Royal Society of Canada’s College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists.
